About me

I am a postdoctoral research scientist at the National Centre for Atmospheric Science (NCAS), based at the University of Reading. My current project, ReBASE, concerns future changes in extreme weather and is led at Reading by Ed Hawkins. Prior to this, I completed my DPhil in Atmospheric Physics at Oxford under the supervision of Tim Woollings and Nick Dunstone, exploring multidecadal trends in initialised hindcasts. My DPhil work was a CASE project in collaboration with the Met Office. I first became interested in climate science during my physics degree at Imperial College London.
